Note: The Japanese version is the official text. In case of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to MIDAS and its related documentation.
- "User" refers to all individuals and entities using the Service.
- "Provider" refers to Izuru Matsuura, the developer of the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Provider regarding the use of the Service.
- By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
3. Beta Version
The Service is currently provided as a beta version, and features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.
4. Use of Service
- Users may use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- The Service may be used freely, including for commercial purposes, but the Provider makes no warranty regarding the results generated by the Service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following conduct:
- Copying, modifying, or redistributing the Service
- Using the Service for purposes that violate laws and regulations
- Other conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the portions of the Service created by the Provider belong to the Provider.
- The Service incorporates open source software that is the copyrighted work of third parties, and the copyrights of such software belong to their respective rights holders, and their respective license terms apply.
- These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights related to the Service to Users.
7. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is," and the Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other warranties.
- The Provider makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results generated through use of the Service.
- The Service operates in a browser, and User data is processed only within the User's device. The Provider cannot access User data and assumes no responsibility for data integrity.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Provider shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or other financial losses) arising from the use or inability to use the Service, regardless of the cause.
- The preceding paragraph does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Provider.
9. Changes to Terms
- The Provider may change these Terms as necessary.
- If any of the following conditions are met, changes shall take effect upon publication on the Service:
- The changes conform to the general interests of Users
- The changes are not contrary to the purpose of the Service and are reasonable
- After changes that meet the conditions in the preceding paragraph, if a User uses the Service, they are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
- If changes that do not meet the conditions in Article 2 are made, the Provider will request renewed agreement to the Terms of Service on the Service. If Users do not agree, they may not use the Service.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to these Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to have full force and effect.
